The Morning

Went out this morning while Tim stayed home with Brooke.  Saw 2 little ones early.  About 20 mins. later a group of 8 does came down the hill.  Shot the biggest one out of the bunch.

Tim was able to take this doe and his second buck.

Completed Snakehead

Snakehead

Here is a skin mounted Snakehead that is in progress.  It was mounted on a hand carved body.  Skin is now dry and ready for paint.  We will show pictures next week when we start taking.  This fish was taken on the Lower Potomac.

The day

Today we took in some nice Elk from a hunt in Idaho with 6 hunters w/100% success.  These will be done as euro mounts and shoulder mounts



It's that time of year again.  Brian spent the day cooking skulls off for euro mounts that we have gotten in so far.

2012 Maryland Opening of Bear Season

Yesterday was the opening day of the 2012 Bear Season in Maryland.  One of our customers, Ricky Wetzel brought this bear today that came from Garrett County.  This will be done as a rug.  Shown below are some pictures of the skinning process once he got the bear to us.
